Located in the heart of the champagne tourist route (in Loches sur Ource, in the Côte des Bar region), the hotel restaurant "Au Cœur des Bulles", the aptly named, is a haven of subtlety and finesse. Both in terms of the cuisine it offers and its large cozy rooms with a touch of modernism that is not out of place. It is an essential stopover for all those who wish to visit the cellars of Aube to unearth champagnes of a finesse rarely equaled.


On the restaurant side, it is a fine and traditional cuisine, elaborated with passion by Chef Mickaël in which we find all his experience as well as the culinary heritage of his travels around the world. Fine and balanced dishes, traditional French gastronomy or local cuisine during themed evenings or weekends.


On the hotel side, it is a haven of comfort. Rooms that combine tradition and modernity, with all the facilities and services that one would expect from a 4-star hotel. Your arrival

Arrivals start  from 4.30 PM

Flexible arrival and departure dates

We know that it is difficult to organize for the long term. That's why you can change or cancel your reservation with us free of charge until 48 hours before your arrival.

Parking

On your arrival, you can park your vehicle in our large car park at the back of the hotel. It is spacious and secure.

Welcome

Once your vehicle is parked, go to the reception where we will welcome you. Please let us know if you need assistance upon arrival. Especially for people with reduced mobility. 

Your room

We will finally accompany you to your room, located upstairs. A lugage lift is available.
