We are in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the south of Champagne. This is where the Amyot family farm is located, in the village of Loches-sur-Ource. It is a 22 hectare vineyard. This extends over the communes of Chacenay, Courteron, Essoyes and Loches-sur-Ource.

Concerned about the ecological footprint, our plots are farmed sustainably and we have been certified High Environmental Value since 2019.

It is with the greatest care that the different cuvées are produced: from the cultivation of the vine, the intense work it requires, to the pressing and bottling.

Champagne Tassin, seven generations since 1793

Since 1793, seven generations of winegrowers have succeeded each other within the Tassin family. By cultivating the terroir of character that is the Côte des Bar, our history has gradually become part of the local heritage.
Proud to work the land of their ancestors, each generation has been able to pass on their passion and keep it intact until today. Thus, for more than 2 centuries, we have taken care of this heritage and have at heart to perpetuate this sublime profession.

Today, the eighth generation, still just as passionate, is strong in an authentic heritage, know-how… And happy to share with you the fruit of their labor, one of the most sought-after wines in the world, Champagne.

The know-how of a family estate since 1750

The Dautel-Cadot house is located in the town of Loches sur Ource in the heart of the Côte des Bars. Family estate now managed by the 6th generation of winegrowers who adopt sustainable viticulture practices.
The wines are aged in vats and small oak barrels. All of them age for a minimum of three years in total darkness. Blending wines is an intense family passion. We talk about finesse and subtlety. It is a question of prolonging in time the Dautel-Cadot style which gives us these singular Champagnes of winegrowers.

Everyday they live a Champagne-colored life

Passionate about their terroir and their vineyard, the members of the Poinsot family carefully cultivate their vines like a precious garden. It is the story of a great-grandfather, a grandfather and then a winegrower father working to pass on a unique heritage and know-how to their children.

A family dedicated to the excellence of champagne

In the middle of the last century, the passion of the ancestor Jean RICHARDOT for the vine led him to make the crazy bet to transform a few plots of land into a real Champagne exploitation. More than sixty years later, it is the work of an entire family that perpetuates this heritage.
The 75,000 bottles produced annually are the result of this degree of requirement.
